Suggest Better Treatment For Diabetics

Good morning my name is Mervyn John and I am diabetic for the past 21 years my blood sugar reads at 90 some times 140 if I dont take any mefication it goes up to 270 sometimes and when I take on Glucotrol xL5 it goes back down within two hours

I would like to be guided accordingly.

Diabetes is one of the disorder in which strict control of sugar levels is of prime importance.For maintaining constant normal sugar levels you need to stick on to your medications.
So only way to normalize your blood sugar levels is regular intake of medications.
Also do good exercises and diet control.
Maintaining blood sugar levels helps to prevent long term complications of diabetes.
