Hi Recurrent upper respiratory tract infection (cold) and nasal congestion point towards upper respiratory tract abnormality in the form of deviated nasal septum or chronic sinusitis. Combination of levoceterizine, pseudo ephidrineand paracetamol with a course of antibiotics ( azithromycin 500mg once daily) will help you. Decongestant nasal drops will give you additional comfort so also steam inhalation. Meanwhile investigate for URT abnormality. An xray PNS will be the logical first investigation. Get an opinion from a ENT specialist Thank you
