General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the infected lymph node, or a boil, when it ripe,it becomes pus filled, and have acute pain.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. He may incise and drain the pus, keep a plug inside and dress it to dress on alternate days.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and paracetamol after the incision.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
