Suggest Cause And Remedy For Itchy And Watery Eyes

Husband is experiencing itchy, waterey eyes that are burning. Also has rash in creases of arms. Went to patient first. They gave him Allegra and Pataday but it has been 5 days and no relief. There is no pus or other signs of infection but he is not getting relief from the allergy medicine and has never had a problem with allergies. Suggestions?

This is a type of allergy and will respond to anti allergic treatment in the form of local eye drops and ant allergic tablets.As it has been 5 days already and without too much relief local steroid skin ointment will also be useful.Continue with anti allergic treatment.
