Suggest Cause And Remedy For Itchy Skin Rashes

HI, I am male, aged 68 weight 68 kgs for the past 3 weeks i have been suffering itchiness all over the body with pink rashes. consulted a dermatologist and suggested to apply permite cream once followed by application of a mixture tenovate ointemnt and cetaphil. also taking tablets atrax 25 mg. symptoms have disappeared but has come again when stopped pl advise the causes and correct medication

Hello.The medications are for itchiness but they only treat the superficial symptom - that is itchiness. The real cause may be something to do with your general health, after eliminating other external causes. Itchiness is a presenting symptom in liver and gall bladder disease and also in kidney conditions. Kindly get yourself checked for the same and we might get to the root cause of your symptoms and treat it. Hope this helps.
