I have had a cold and now have a yellow tinge on the roof of my mouth towards the back. I also have some patches of what looks like grazed surface and small blood spots on the roof of my mouth and back of the throat. My throat feels very sore and tight to swallow.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms you are suffering from sore throat due to Viral Infection. Difficulty in swallowing & redness at back of mouth is due to it Following remedies may be done 1.Salt Water Gargle- Mix 1 tsp of salt with warm water in a glass. Gargle for roughly 15-20 seconds and spit out. You can repeat this as needed for 2-3 days. Remember to spit the water rather swallowing it. 2.Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen/acetaminophen it will reduce pain & swelling. 3.Take antibiotic like Azithromycin or Augmentin. 4.Take liquid diet, drink plenty of water & Take rest.
You will start improving in 3 to 4 days.If problem persist visit a physician
