Suggest Cause And Remedy For Numbness In Legs And Feet

at the L5-S1 level there is a posterior annular tear and mild diffuse posterior disc bulge causing minor indentation on the ventral aspect of the thecal sac. Also L4-L5 there is a broad base intraforaminal disc bulge on the left and mild flattening of the ventral aspect of the thecal sac and minor mass effect on the traversing left L5 nerve root. as well as other levels - is this the cause of my pain, limited movement and the falling asleep feeling in my legs and feet
