Had MRI Of The Spine. What Are The Findings?

Question: Sir,
MRI found the followings:
1) Diffuse posterior disc bulge with posterior central annular tear indenting on
anterior thecal sac at L4-5 level.
2)Right paracentral disc protrusion with cranial migration in the background of
diffuse disc bulge (Right > Left) causing narrowing of right neural foramen with
compression on exiting right L5 nerve root at L5-S1 level. Mild compression on
bilateral traversing S1 nerve roots (Right > Left).
Please guide me.
regards

Brief Answer:
Need to know about your symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing to us.
MRI report suggest L4-5 and L5-S1 level disc prolaps and nerve compression. It usually causes back pain and leg pain. I need to know what are the complaints. how is your pain pattern? both legs /Right leg? Is it radiating to knee and ankle? Any tingling and numbness ? Any treatment taken yet? Please get back with above information. If possible upload your MRI images.
Thanks.
