Suggest Cause And Remedy For Weak Forearm

My left arm, from bisep to hand but particularly the forearm, constantly feels weak, fatigued and strange. It is a subtle but bothersome and uncomfortable sensation. I can still raise and flex my arm and hand normally and even carry and lift items. What is your diagnosis?
