Suggest Cause For Bloats With Sticky Stools

i recently went to the doctor with lower left stomach pains, i had excessive wing both ends they said it was trapped wing and gave me laxatives. I took the laxatives and my wind from the bottom end was disgusting like a smeely egg smell/ stink bomb. i now have very sticky messy poo constantly feel full and bloated.
