Suggest Cause For Dizziness Post Diarrhea

I got diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness about 4 weeks ago. I don t think it was food poisoning no one else got sick. I haven t had an appetite, still nauseated and dizzy since then. It got a little better but today was bad the headache has been horrible-it s 24 hours a day not just when I eat.

If you still have symptoms and think its because of that you can try Proton Pump Inhibitors like Esomeprazole 40 mg once in thr the morning on an empty stomach(30 min before a meal ideally? for a week or so.
Also you can take locally acting gut antibiotic like Rifaximin 200mg thrice daily for a week along with the above drug. And i recommend one dose of deworming medication like Albendazole 400 mg(at night, to be chewed before swallowing)
Mild gut infection can cause increased acid secretion and loss of appetite. Try this.
