Suggest Cause For Lethargy & Exhausted Feeling

Hye,I just got lethargic and exhausted condition. Upon friends advice I took the typhoid tests . Tests of Igg and Igm came positive. However there was no fever and no stomach upset. I have started Antibiotec ceproxin 500mg and flagil wit it. Can u further guide on this disease and any more precaution i must take as I am not having any oily or hard diet any more.

Hai.ur typhoid positive. Wat antibiotic ur taking are more sufficient. If u have no fever ot is good sign.
It is post fever myalgia, generalised weakness and lethargy.it takes at least 2 to 4 weks for u to be normal.
As typhoid can cause ulceration on the intestinal walls, it is better u avoid spicy, oily, heavy nonveg diet.
U can go for bland diet, buttermilk,vegetable soups,
Aviod junk foods and outside foods., keep urself hydrated properly.
Take caregood luck.
