Suggest Cause For Lower Abdominal Cramps In Woman

im having horrible cramps in my lower abdomen. no bleeding, the cramps are randomly throughout the day and only last about 10-15 minutes, but are so bad that I can t move. Got a pregnancy test at the doctors, and I m not pregnant so I m not sure what s wrong.

Welcome to hcm,
Your symptoms could be because of non specific colitis also. Take antispasmodic after food food. If the symptoms doesn't subside then get ultrasound done.
