Suggest Cause For Lumps On The Penis Shaft

Suggest treatment for a painless lump on the penis shaft Hello Doc, i was circumcised about seven years ago,,, there has been a painless lump under the head of my penis all this while, it is not painful bt once in a while itchy. At that time, my mates used to knock their penis heads with some thorns so as to eject some liquid under their penis heads but i did not do the same on mine as it was somewhat painful. I just got concerned about it and wondered if it has any setbacks,,, kindly advise

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
Are you sexually active? Is there any discharge from the penis? Any lymph node enlargement in you groin? Any history of trauma?
In my opinion you need to be examined by your physician so that it can be diagnosed properly
Possible differentials include infection , wart , cyst and abscess.
Just stay calm and avoid unprotected sex and meet your physician
Hope it helps
Regards
Dr saad sultan
