Suggest Cause For Pain & Blood During Urination

I started noticing UTI symptoms before two days. Had bleeding in urine and pain after passing urine. Have started Ceftum 250 twice a day. However, symptoms like frequency, bleeding and pain in lower back have not subsided. Urine culture test results have not yet received. Should I change the antibiotic ? Should I go for any further tests ?

I would have a urine culture sent to make sure that the antibiotic is good for whatever the specific bacteria is.
