Suggest Cause For Recurring Tingling Sensation In The Hand

I seem to be having a tingling sensation in my right hand and it feels cold . I am sitting at my desk this has been going on for a bout 2 weeks. I am 51 years old no apparent problems with health in the past . was in a car accident about 2 months ago. I am schedule to see a chiropractor this week.
