General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query, read and understood your concerns.
Noted your history of feeling not well and getting a feeling of unbalance, dizzy and vertigo-like along with pain in the left ear without any discharge and loss of hearing.
This may be due to a general disease like typhoid or so.
Get consultation of an ENT surgeon to get ENT endoscopy and MRI of the brain and the ears (mastoids),
Get all the relevant tests of blood and urine done to rule out any general disease as explained.
Once a proper diagnosis is made, the treatment will be easy and effective.
Till then get a bed rest, eat healthy and have plenty of fluids.
