Hello and welcome to HCM,
White vaginal discharge is called leukorrhea.
Leukorrhea can occur due to infection, inflammation, congestion, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.
Associated itchy sore is suggestive of infection possibly fungal infection.
An examination of the vaginal discharge is required to look for causative infectious agent.
In case, infectious agent is isolated, appropriate anti-microbial treatment can be instituted.
I suggest you to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
