Suggest Cause For Yellow Mucus Leak From Rectum

What could cause yellow mucus to leak from the rectum along with pelvic pain and cramps and small bowel movements with mucus. Other symptoms which may or may not be related are : pain in upper thighs; low back pain; constant headache; burning eyes; and tingling feeling in lips.

As you describe, it appears to be the colitis, due to some bacteria, or amoebiasis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, paracetamol, and diclofenac,injection of amikacin.
