Suggest Cause & Treatment For Persistent Nose Bleeds

I have had persistent nose bleeds for over 5 years - when they come, they are very heavy,prolonged, with lots of clots and quite worrying. Recently I experienced conjunctivitis combined with several heavy nose bleeds - I am planning to visit my doctor soon - do you have any suggestions as to the cause?

I would like to suggest that you may go for the
1. Nasal endoscopy examination.
2. CT scan PNS
3. Blood clotting profile
All are absolutely necessary to reach the near diagnosis and for better management.
