Suggest Changes That Affect The Body With Aging Process?

What generally should I expect regarding natural aging process. I exercise regularly and am not overweight. Had prostrate cancer but treated effectively four years ago. I notice more aches and pains and hurt more when I exercise. What should I expect regarding natural deteriation of my body as I age.

Hello there,
There is an entire branch of medicine devoted to the study of aging. I would try to brief you and cover as much as possible.
1) Vision deterioration due to the lens undergoing cataract. this is easily rectified with minimally invasive surgery and lens implantation.
2) Your temperature regulation would not be that efficient. This is due to central migration of fat and since fat is removed from your peripheries your arms and legs would feel cold. Also more pronounced wrinkling.
3) Your bones would become weaker with age. So a sprain earlier may now lead to a fracture. If you exercise regularly continue that but give your joints time to recover.
4) Since blood flow is not that efficient you would have these little bouts of head spinning as the brain is not that well perfused with blood. Normally on taking rest they subside.
5) You would feel full sooner when you eat.
6) Sexual function and interest would decline with age.

Hope that helps,
Please feel free to ask me any further queries.
