You seem to suffer from -
Eosinophilic Esophagitis with Granuloma.
Acidity is the cause, which results in to acid
reflux esophagitis ,where eosinophilic infiltration leads to rigid
esophagus, causing resultant Dysphagia.Noncaseating
eosinophilic granuloma may lead to obstruction and or perforation causing
mediastinitis in some cases.
This could lead to Multi-systemic Eosinophilic diseases which needs to be differrentiated from Boeks
Sarcoidosis of the lungs and mediastinum causing dysphagia/ or exfoliating dermatitis/ and Rheumatic granulomatous diseases need to be ruled out.
Consults with Physician and Rheumatologist/ GI Specialist-Physician and Surgeons, who would fix the eosinonphilic esophagitis presenting with varying complaints in patients like you.Use of Endoscopic tests / CT chest would be needed to fix the diagnosis of the complications of the eosinophilic esophagitis.
