Childhood sexual abuse can have serious consequences in a person's life which has to be dealt with in the right manner. Nightmares and anxiety to have a healthy relationship with a man can cause impairment in your daily functioning in the future. You first need a psychiatric evaluation. If the problems can be managed with psychological management alone, you may not require medication. Please visit an experienced psychiatrist/psychologist. Hope this helps, Dr A Rao
