Suggest Cream To Improve Skin Complexion

hello sir, I am 22 years old,my pblm is that am having a very bad skin texture,had ful of acne.past i used skinlite cream for 3 months,but i came to knew that there are lot of effects,so i stopped using that.can u please suggest any cream without causing any side effects even for fairier skin?

Sir, you can use sunscreen with SPF 50 and go for a milder skin lightening cream like Kojic Acid, Lquorice and Alpha Arbuptin based creams.
