my ankles ache and are stiff why I first stand up, after walking they seem ok. I have been really tired even after a good nights sleep. I'm getting aches all over my body pins and needles in my fingers sometimes and sharp pains in my neck and stomache that last for about an hour then just go. its getting me down and starting to feel tearful at times
