I have arteries blocked on both legs, a portion from below groin to above knee and the other one is on the calf. i get pain while walking only a distance of 100 M or so. i was suggested by-pass surgery in both legs.. what do you suggest. i had a by-pass of my heart in 1997, have diabetes under control and am 58 years old.
For blocked arteries angioplasty can also be done. This can be either by balloon dilatation or by dormia basket.Endoscopic laser ablation can also be done.Of course, if nothing succedes by pass surgery.
