Suggest Cure For Chest Pain And Severe Cough
I have a Chest cold I belive, no runny nose or anything. My whole body hurts and I have a bad painful cough that I cant cough anything up. (drinking water like nuts) When I cough alot my chest (brest) get pins and needle BAD! Its very painful. Also it goes away when I stop.

Two possibility can be there.
-acute bronchitis or
-pneumonia
For that Auscultation should be done and chest x ray done for primary work up.
If x ray show consolidation than sputum examination and culture needed
Levofloxacin or cefixime like antibiotic needed for 7 to 14 days
