Hello. So ny boyfriend and I were making out (no sex yet). He bit my nipples and they now hurt a lot. There is a small rip on one of them. Very shallow, it did not bleed. I rubbed some alcohol on it and it bearly sting. Im worried his saliva might have given ne an infection...

Hi,
There might be having some infection due to minor cut on the nipple.
Apply antibiotic cream locally for 2-3 days.
If induration and pain persisted then go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Ok and take care.
