Hi Doctor, I have a question...am newly married guy, when am doing oral sex and later intercourse with my spouse my penis loosing firmness some time after erection and before ejaculation of semin. Kindly suggest the better way to sustain for long time with out loosing firmness.

The problem of erectile dysfunction is treatable with drugs. Drugs like tadalafil are useful in such cases. I would suggest you to visit your psychiatrist for dosage as these are prescription drugs.
