Hey I have a scrotum rash that is covering my testicles. The seem between the testicles is unirritated. It slowly spread over with in the last 3 months. Ive used 1% clotrimazole cream, and hydrocortizone 2.5% clotrimazole 1%. So ive eliminated fungus and exzema. It's not itchy only slightly sore and some times irritated. It's red almost all the time, some days it looks better than others. Theres no flaking skin. Ive even tried powder and tea tree oil. nothings working

The commonest cause of such an occurrence should be identified and avoided for any treatment to be successful and the commonest reason is the hot and humid atmosphere where you live-in or work. Another reasons is less cleanliness, tight underwear and pants. Hence the first treatment i to avoid all the causative factor. You have to clean the area 2-4 times a day with plain tap water and then dry it with hair dryer. Apply liquid povidone iodine o make the area sterile.
