Suggest Cure For Severe Abdominal Cramping

A friend of mine while experiencing extreme menstrual cramping in her abdomen was given a pain reliever from a friend to help her. The pain reliever was her friend's prescription for Tramadol. She ended up taking 2 pills, when the daily dose is 1. Shortly after she began vomiting, and actually vomited the pills back out. Since then (which was several hours ago), she has been vomiting, running hot, has chills, drowsy, dizzy, headache, sensitivity to light/sound/movement, all on top of the sever abdominal cramps. Is she suffering from a bad reaction to the pain relievers, and should seek medical attention? Or is it something that will pass? Or is it possible it is unrelated to the Tramadol?
