Suggest Cure For Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain

question some shortness of breath chest pain middle of chest breastbone area some tightness but tightness is more occassional saw 2 cardioligists so far all tests good see my primary dr on monday aug 28 2017, heart stress test on sept 13 treadmill with dye. i was in the hospital twice in august 2 new pills Dilatizen 24 hour 120 mg 1 x daily and nitroglycerin systaine ER 24 hour 2 times daily capsule what else should i be doing why all this pain?

I truly understand your concern for your Chest pain and chest tightness.
Here you have not mentioned your heart rate and blood pressure so i can not specifically comment further to add any more medicines.
But as your primary doctor has started Diltiazem so i presume that you may have tachycardia and probably vasospastic anginal pain.
I feel he started the perfect drug both Diltiazem and Nitrogkycerine.
But i would suggest if you continue to have chest pain then get ECG and 2D ECHO to be done exactly when you are having ongoing chest pain
Second thing i would recommend to check Cardiac enzymes such as Troponin levels when you are having simmilar type of chest pain and chest tightness.
