I have been seeing a chiropractor and he s been cracking my right side of my neck for a while. Don t know if it s related but my right side is has a paralysis where I have to drag my right foot and it s heavy and when I m backing up it s like my brain is trying to tell my foot to lift.
I read your question carefully but it is unclear what diagnostic steps did you take to verify it is a case of stroke since you're asking for a stroke cure. At times neck chiropractic manipulations can have complications like cervical blood vessel dissection leading to stroke. However usually a stroke doesn't cause isolated paralysis of only one limb, more often both limbs are involved on the same side. Furthermore if you have had no imaging to say it's a stroke some more info on age, other conditions etc would have been useful because there are other possible causes like multiple sclerosis, brain tumor etc which could cause a paralysis. So I wouldn't jump to conclusions but seek for a neurological evaluation sooner rather than later and possibly imaging tests to determine the cause of that limb weakness and necessary measures.
I hope things work out for the best.
