Suggest Cure For Swelling In The Testicle
I believe i have a chronic Epididymitis infection and have had this for over 10 years which is getting worse and worse. My left "tube" has been swollen for many years and is now causing my left testicle to swell, feel as hard as a rock and the pain is horrible. I have had the medicine to help with infections and pain relievers and nothing is working. I need to know what to do at this point.

Intra-prostatic injection antibiotics(Azithromycin / or Ciplox) is the challenging treatment to treat such complicated case.
Courses for 2-6 weeks may be needed to destroy chronic prostatic infection.
Assessment of prostate with CT pelvis / and USG of Testes are needed with Consults from Urologists.
