Suggest Cure For Visual Migraine

I am having a visual migraine I think. All my migraines are visual with little pain but this one is different. My vision is occluded I only part of one eye and it started 90 mins ago and so far hasn't changed... I still cN't see out of a portion of the eye... Approximately a third of maps left eye... What do you think? What should I do... If anything? I am under great personal stress...

it appears to be glaucomatous attack, and you have lost a in area of field. IOTmay be measured and field tracing should be done. fundus examination should be done toasses disc cup ratio. if evidence of glaucoma is detected then start treatment with tenlol drop one time daily. treatment depends on iot pressure. if requeire tab diamox can be taken. if the cause is glaucoma you will get relieve soon. gonioscopy can be done. need not worry.
