Hello Doctors..i m 45 y/o and with an ESR reading of 45,my latest CXR ..suspicious faint inhomogenous opacities seen in the lt paracardiac region? early pneumonitis. Faint suspicious well defined opacity about 9mm seen in the rt upper zone overlying the posterior 5th rib. I m worried what would it be ..Please give me the proper diet and help.. Thank you Pandora
Hello welcome to HCM. pneumonitis is a infection of the lungs.Please consult a physician and start taking antibiotics. Diet will be same as the diet taken, when you have cold. Avoid taking any cold stuffs. You can take any light non spicy diet.This is because antibiotics will cause sever acidity. Take care. Get well soon
