Suggest Diet And Vitamin Supplements For A Person With COPD And Cervical Spondylitis
I found out today that I have COPD, fibromyalgia and cervical spondylolisthesis. I am on here checking what I can do for myself thru diet and vitamins. I also have gastroparesis so whenever I force down something to eat it has to matter. no bad foods.

Fo COPD its is very important to have balance diet , so i would suggest you to take low fat protein foods such as lean cuts of meat, poultry, and fish , whole grain foods such as whole grain bread, bran, brown rice, and oats , fresh fruits and vegetables and foods containing high levels of potassium, including bananas . For cervical spondolysis the diet should be calcium rich food like dairy products and beans and vitamin supplement containing calcium and vitamin D .
