Hi I am trying to loos about 10 to 15 lbs and I have hard time, I love eating beans, bell pepper, broccoli, cabbage, quinoa and these type of food but as soon as I eat a bit I get bloated and uncomfortable and end up eating bread and or potato. I also lactose intolerance so trying to stay away from dairy product which i love a lot. I had H Pilori which I got treated few months ago. What I can do?

CONSUME SHORT AND FREQUENT MEALS ,PROTEINS HELP IN FAT LOSS LIKE CHICKEN WITHOUT SKIN FISH EGG WHITES ARE SAFE TO CONSUME.
CONSUME VEGETABLES IN THE FORM OF SOUP AND SALADS WHICH ARE TOLERABLE.AVOID GHEE BUTTER CREAM INSTEAD YOU CAN USE FEW NUTS AS HEALTHY FATS .
