Hi I am trying to loos about 10 to 15 lbs and I have hard time, I love eating beans, bell pepper, broccoli, cabbage, quinoa and these type of food but as soon as I eat a bit I get bloated and uncomfortable and end up eating bread and or potato. I also lactose intolerance so trying to stay away from dairy product which i love a lot. I had H Pilori which I got treated few months ago. What I can do?
