Suggest Diet Chart To Lose Weight In A Healthy Way While Breastfeeding
Hii my baby is eight months old and i breast feed him but i m getting healthier as well as i think my milk is not enough for him what should i do so that i will losse my weight as well as boost my milk should i try any protine drink or what plzz help me
Thanks for consulting me at my virtual family clinic.
Its common issue with some women. you can safely curb your daily calorie intake to 1800 calories per day. your baby is 8 so no issues. if he was less than 2 months then it was an issue with lowering calorie intake.
take more protein diet. yes you may take protein drink. less fat and carbohydrate diet. start light stretch exercises. take plenty of fluids, fruits and high fiber diet. take coconut water daily. you may add formula milk too to the baby if you feel its not enough for baby to remain on your breastfeeding. Similac Advance is good for him.
hope it helps. if you ever need any detailed help for baby or your health, go directly to my profile and "Ask me a question" directly from there. i will be more than happy to help you always.
