General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I have read through your question and understand that you have been diagnosed with typhoid fever. Typhoid fever effects the digestive system adversely. So it is advisable to stay away from proteins like egg, fish and meat as these are more difficult to digest. Also spicy and oily food should be avoided. It is advisable to stick to light meals with less oil and spice . I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
