Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am in late seventies and totally healthy. Lately, I have some symptoms of arteriosclerosis - specially hands. What should I adopt as a food diet to help with this temporary condition? I d like to skip a carpet tunnel as my neurologist advised but being so healthy, what should eat, at least? I greatly appreciate your answer. Thank you, thank you. YYYY@YYYY I already sent and paid by CC for the CD and information from Dr. Samuel.N. Grief which it must be on transit. Kindly respond. I need answers. I thank you.
Hello Sir, I applaud you for remaining healthy for so long! I don't quite understand what you need. I have never heard of arteriosclerosis of the hands. Carpal tunnel, yes. Is that what you have, carpal tunnel?
You say it is a temporary condition but I am not clear what temporary condition you wish a diet for.
I will help you if you can send my your lipid panel (total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, HDL) fasting blood sugar, height, weight and diagnosis. If you ask by the free forum, address to me we will try to route it to me. I am more than happy to help, but please provide more information or the a diet your doctor recommends to you and I will help you with it.Respectfully, Kathryn Shattler, MS,RDN
