Suggest Diet For Improving The Skin Tone

Hello hope I do not sound vain but since I am into modelling,I need to have a clear skin. Every time I have gone on a partial red grape diet including juice I have looked a million buck and peeps have complimented me. So many peeps would just walk upto me and say you look strikingly beautiful. The hind site of it all, I put on weight so I just dont know what to do. Nowadays black grapes are not available as it s not the season and my skin looks dead. I haven t done a good project. I m a vegetarian what are the other fruits n vegetables I can consume for similar benefit? FYI I eat really healthy,most of the time I eat raw veggies and fruits but no improvement in the way my skin looks. Plz help...Thanks

Vitamins and antioxidants are essential for general health of the skin. Include more fruits and vegetables to the diet.

Drink plenty of water as it will help to improve the skin health. Over the counter available vitaminE supplementation like evion can be taken.
