General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of jaundice and elevated bilirubin. it is best if you consult with a doctor first, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics (such as ultrasound, liver function tests, complete blood count, etc) will be recommended as necessary to further investigate the underlying pathology. management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly. low fat diet is also advised if the problem is of gallstone in origin.

hope this helps.

good day!!
