hi Docter,
My husband uric acid level is found to be around 9 and he is suffering from kidney stone too.Please suggest me which lentils I can serve him and what diet should i give to him so that kidney stone and uric acid level could b controlled.

Hi dear,
You can give him foods like milk,fruits, vegetables, almonds, apricots dried, beans, beet greens, dates,figs, peas dried, raisins, spinach ,foods prepared with baking powder or baking soda . And meat, eggs, cereals, lentils are restricted because foods produce acid.
