Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a vegetarian 45 years old female and works for a corporate company, living a very sedentary lifestyle as my work also doesn't demand a lot of physical activities. I am already suffering from Lumbar spondylosis, I am on physiotherapy for the same & the physiotherapist has told me to join a gym & hire a personal trainer immediately as I am also feeling pain in my neck & knees & because of my erratic schedule, I just have the time to eat once a day. I almost gulps down 10 to 15 cups of coffee in a day. Please suggest me a general diet schedule, my specialized workout schedule and if you can explain me about my medical problem, I will be really thankful of you.?
first of all, get X-rays lumber spine AP and Lateral view. It may be anything else. It seems to me as your dietary habits are imbalanced. Taking too much tea decrease hunger. sitting postures need to be corrected. take vitamin D3, calcium and B12.
