hi this is parul i wana get rid of my butt and belly flab. am 22 yr of age women,height is 5.2 1/2.i weigh 60 kg.but my smomach and my butt look larger then rest of my body.plz recommend me some special diet so that i can loose weight. i'll b really grateful.plz help me.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
