Suggest Diet For Relief From Osteoarthritis

i am 28 and suffering from knee osteoarthritis, i got relief by jovit tablets.....which contain glucosamine sulphate and chronditin, what should i eat in daily routine life to get relief from osteoarthritis? also i feel pain and dryness in my knees during sexual activity with my partner

Thank you for posting your query.I have gone through your details .As you are suffering from osteoarthritis here I am suggesting few effective diet tips for knee pain and swelling

Avoid carbonated drinks,dry ,cold food,preserved,packaged food
Choose food which are warm in nature and easy digest able.
Avoid curd and rice specially at night.
Have more alkaline diet and less acidic diet.
Put 1 teaspoon of fenugreek in a cup of water and keep it overnight.Next morning mix and drink.
Boil 10 slices of ginger in 8 cups of water.Drink this tea at a warm temperature.
Do not withhold natural urges
Keep your weight at optimal level.
Massage painful joints with warm sesame oil
Consume herbal medicines like yograj guugul,rasnadi guggal,ajmodadi churn.
Consume more alkaline and less acidic food.
Practise yoga as an as like pavanmuktasan,mandookasan,bhujangasan,kapalbhati .
