osteoarthritis here I am suggesting few effective diet tips for
knee pain and swelling
Avoid carbonated drinks,dry ,
cold food,preserved,packaged food
Choose food which are warm in nature and easy digest able.
Avoid curd and rice specially at night.
Have more alkaline diet and less acidic diet.
Put 1 teaspoon of fenugreek in a cup of water and keep it overnight.Next morning mix and drink.
Boil 10 slices of ginger in 8 cups of water.Drink this tea at a warm temperature.
