Suggest Diet For Type 2 Diabetes

i'm reaally worried abouot being a diabetic the rest of my life I'm not one who likes to take a lot of pills less long a needle. I believe eating the right food will help. I have been diagnosed as type-2 diabetic. Is it to late to start eating right to change this diagnosis

hi, you are right. A good diet keeps medications away atleast for some time for a diabetic. avoid all kinds of sweets, sugar in coffee or tea. take more vegetables and cut down meat and diary products by half. cereals may be replaced by oats. above all, exercise dailly for about an hour or till you sweat and keep your weight in check. you will be fine.
