Suggest Diet Plan And Exercise To Reduce Weight

hi i am shritha,im 25 year old south indian girl.im 67.4 kgs with 156lbs.pls sugguest me a diet plan and cardio to reduce weight.well daily il do 30 mins of ellipticle.still im not founding any change my back part is abnormal mean loouking odd mainly i wan ur suggestions to reduce that back part and lower body.Thanks.

Hi

You have a problem which has solution so don't worry. Overall reduction of body weight reduces all parts of the body proportionately. Doing 30 minutes of elliptical is a good exercise. But along with that you need to concentrate on your diet. Restricting calories should be your aim. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates you consume. i e. rice, sweets, maida products etc. You can take protein in good proportion ( sprouts, dal, lean meat, egg etc).
Please continue your cardio exercise, also do exercises concentrating on your back. Don't lose heart, you can achieve your target..
