Hi. My baby is 6+ months old and near to complete 7 months. Bresat feed is not alone sufficient for him, so, i am giving him LACTOGEN 1 formula from birth. After 6 months, i had started giving him cerelac and mashed bananas with milk. He donot consume dal water and rice water. So, i want to ask that is it sufficient for him or should i have to avoid cerelac or give him some other alternate. please suggest me.

Hello,

Cereals are a good food for babies of this age. Other types of food are different vegetables (sweat potatoes, pumpkin, carrots) and fruits (apples, plums, avocado, pears). In the seventh month, you can start yogurt and Parmesan cheese. In the eighth month you can start meat and add more fruits and vegetables to his diet. In the ninth month you can start beans , while later the egg.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
